  • Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, GDrive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Workspace.
  • Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms.
  • Proven experience managing social media and content for personality-driven businesses.
  • Ability to plan, create, and execute content in the online education and high-ticket service space.
  • Experience working as part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Create content aligned with current trends and manage content calendars for consistent posting.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure content reflects brand messages and marketing goals.
  • Execute video edits including cuts, transitions, and audio overlays for reels, podcasts, and YouTube.
  • Manage audience engagement by responding to messages and comments to foster positive brand image.
  • Oversee CRM workflows, automate follow-ups, and segment email lists.
  • Generate performance reports and analytics on content, email, and paid media campaigns.
  • Track leads in real-time and monitor KPIs to refine marketing strategies.
