- Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, GDrive, Docs, Sheets).
- Experience using Microsoft Office Workspace.
- Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms.
- Proven experience managing social media and content for personality-driven businesses.
- Ability to plan, create, and execute content in the online education and high-ticket service space.
- Experience working as part of a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Create content aligned with current trends and manage content calendars for consistent posting.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure content reflects brand messages and marketing goals.
- Execute video edits including cuts, transitions, and audio overlays for reels, podcasts, and YouTube.
- Manage audience engagement by responding to messages and comments to foster positive brand image.
- Oversee CRM workflows, automate follow-ups, and segment email lists.
- Generate performance reports and analytics on content, email, and paid media campaigns.
- Track leads in real-time and monitor KPIs to refine marketing strategies.
