Requirements

- Deep, native familiarity with TikTok and Instagram algorithms and platform-native formats.
- Strong judgment for short-form social content including hooks, pacing, and visual packaging.
- Strong copywriting skills for punchy, clear, and on-brand captions and scripts.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Figma.
- Comfort with short-form video production using tools like CapCut.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-directed and comfortable working in an early-stage, evolving environment.
- Ability to track basic content performance and turn data into actionable steps.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage day-to-day content across TikTok and Instagram, including monitoring audience engagement.
- Build and maintain a content calendar to manage multiple projects and content streams.
- Create and coordinate short-form social content such as Reels, TikToks, and product explainers.
- Develop repeatable content templates, production workflows, and implement AI tools for efficiency.
- Liaise with the UGC Manager to align on creator strategy, campaign priorities, and content testing.
- Contribute to broader content marketing strategy and collaborate directly with co-founders.
