  • Deep, native familiarity with TikTok and Instagram algorithms and platform-native formats.
  • Strong judgment for short-form social content including hooks, pacing, and visual packaging.
  • Strong copywriting skills for punchy, clear, and on-brand captions and scripts.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • Comfort with short-form video production using tools like CapCut.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in an early-stage, evolving environment.
  • Ability to track basic content performance and turn data into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage day-to-day content across TikTok and Instagram, including monitoring audience engagement.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar to manage multiple projects and content streams.
  • Create and coordinate short-form social content such as Reels, TikToks, and product explainers.
  • Develop repeatable content templates, production workflows, and implement AI tools for efficiency.
  • Liaise with the UGC Manager to align on creator strategy, campaign priorities, and content testing.
  • Contribute to broader content marketing strategy and collaborate directly with co-founders.
