Requirements
- Active state pharmacy technician license
- Active national pharmacy technician certification (PTCB or NHA)
- 5+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or sales
- Proven track record in a sales-related role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn proprietary database programs quickly
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- High school degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business preferred)
- Ability to handle sensitive and private data with discretion
- Must pass a pre-employment data entry and computer skills assessment
Responsibilities
- Ensure Patient Outreach Coordinators communicate compliantly and effectively with patients.
- Coach staff on calling best practices, conversational techniques, and active listening.
- Perform audits of team activity in DialPad, TelemetryRX, and Electronic Medical Records systems.
- Manage personnel administrative tasks including ADP, PTO, and time reporting.
- Collaborate with hospital site managers and clinical integration teams to optimize workflows.
- Facilitate team meetings and provide ongoing performance management.
- Assist in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Support special projects and data analytics research as required.
