Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success hiring manager-to-VP-level professionals.
- Experience recruiting within paid media, performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, creative, agency, ecommerce, DTC, or martech environments.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high quality bar.
- Experience owning offer strategy, negotiation, and candidate closing processes.
- Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
- Experience building or improving recruiting processes.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for manager, director, and VP-level positions across marketing, creative, growth, and technology-related functions.
- Partner with division leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, establish hiring strategies, and create effective interview processes.
- Build proactive sourcing strategies, talent maps, and pipelines to engage high-quality passive candidates.
- Manage the complete candidate journey, including outreach, screening, interviews, feedback coordination, offer discussions, and closing.
- Lead offer negotiations alongside leadership teams to successfully secure top talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment workflows within the applicant tracking system.
- Track recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring trends.
- Advise hiring teams on effective interviewing practices and support improvements to the recruitment process.
- Represent the organization in the talent market by strengthening employer branding.
