Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience within e-commerce, fintech, or technology companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and evaluate engineering, finance, and creative talent.
  • Strong understanding of the candidate marketplace in both the US and Canada.
  • Experience using data and reporting to drive recruiting decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mentality with a track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers across portfolio brands to define recruitment strategies and advise on best practices.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, review, screen, and evaluate qualified applicants.
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments for technical and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to convert prospects into hires.
  • Use data-driven approaches to track and report on key recruitment metrics.
  • Lead efforts to establish and grow recruiting presence in Canada.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
