Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience within e-commerce, fintech, or technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to source and evaluate engineering, finance, and creative talent.
- Strong understanding of the candidate marketplace in both the US and Canada.
- Experience using data and reporting to drive recruiting decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mentality with a track record of delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across portfolio brands to define recruitment strategies and advise on best practices.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, review, screen, and evaluate qualified applicants.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments for technical and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to convert prospects into hires.
- Use data-driven approaches to track and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Lead efforts to establish and grow recruiting presence in Canada.
- Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
