Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic recruiting partner for Autonomy, Fullstack, and Marketplace software engineering teams.
- Partner with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and long-term growth.
- Own the full lifecycle recruiting process from initial engagement through offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing and talent engagement strategies to attract exceptional software engineering candidates.
- Influence hiring decisions through market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
- Build and cultivate diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Partner with interviewers and leaders to improve assessment quality and elevate hiring practices.
- Contribute to the evolution of the talent function by sharing best practices and mentoring teammates.
