Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic recruiting partner for Autonomy, Fullstack, and Marketplace software engineering teams.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and long-term growth.
  • Own the full lifecycle recruiting process from initial engagement through offer acceptance.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing and talent engagement strategies to attract exceptional software engineering candidates.
  • Influence hiring decisions through market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Build and cultivate diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future needs.
  • Partner with interviewers and leaders to improve assessment quality and elevate hiring practices.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the talent function by sharing best practices and mentoring teammates.
