Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or digital product development environment.
- Proven track record in growing key and growth clients of $5M+.
- Exemplary stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to define and drive strategic vision and build consensus.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience in forecasting and revenue management.
- Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Manufacturing, or CPG (preferred).
- Experience with Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack, or other composable DXP (preferred).
- Industry expertise and experience relevant to the focus area.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of multiple accounts, typically $5-10M.
- Build advisory relationships to drive business impact and revenue growth.
- Own the 360-degree view of clients including organization, goals, and financing.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Horizontal's footprint within client organizations.
- Manage revenue closely, ensure accurate forecasting, and uphold annual commitments.
- Lead scope definition, shaping ambiguous asks into proposals, contracts, and statements of work.
- Form strong partnerships with internal capability teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Oversee customer satisfaction measurement and guide teams through improvement strategies.
