Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a digital agency, consultancy, or digital product development environment.
  • Proven track record in growing key and growth clients of $5M+.
  • Exemplary stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to define and drive strategic vision and build consensus.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in forecasting and revenue management.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, Manufacturing, or CPG (preferred).
  • Experience with Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentstack, or other composable DXP (preferred).
  • Industry expertise and experience relevant to the focus area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of multiple accounts, typically $5-10M.
  • Build advisory relationships to drive business impact and revenue growth.
  • Own the 360-degree view of clients including organization, goals, and financing.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Horizontal's footprint within client organizations.
  • Manage revenue closely, ensure accurate forecasting, and uphold annual commitments.
  • Lead scope definition, shaping ambiguous asks into proposals, contracts, and statements of work.
  • Form strong partnerships with internal capability teams to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Oversee customer satisfaction measurement and guide teams through improvement strategies.
