Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of hiring across Product and Engineering organizations in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent.
- Ability to influence and advise hiring managers using a consultative, data-informed approach.
- Experience utilizing data to inform hiring decisions and track KPIs/OKRs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act with minimal guidance.
- Adaptability to changing business needs and evolving priorities.
- Proactive interest in emerging technologies and AI to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Prior experience recruiting in international or global markets is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define team goals and design effective, strategic hiring strategies.
- Source, assess, and hire high-caliber talent across product, design, and engineering organizations using data-driven outreach.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and actionable feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Talent and People team on initiatives including interviewer training, employer branding, and recruiting analytics.
- Operate effectively across international borders, adapting recruiting strategies to local market nuances to maintain high close rates.
