Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong record of hiring across Product and Engineering organizations in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent across roles such as Product Management, Software Engineering, and Design.
- Ability to bring a consultative, data-informed approach to influence and advise hiring managers.
- Comfortable solving problems with minimal guidance.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and pivot direction to support business needs.
- Fluency in or proactive embrace of AI and emerging technologies for recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and act as a trusted advisor in designing and executing effective hiring strategies.
- Source, assess, and hire high-caliber talent across product, design, and engineering teams using strategic outreach measured by data.
- Champion the candidate experience by ensuring clarity, timely communication, and actionable feedback throughout every stage of the process.
- Work cross-functionally across the broader Talent and People team — including Compensation, HR, and Total Rewards — on initiatives that strengthen our overall function.
- Work effectively across borders and markets, comfortable learning the nuances of different geographies and adjusting your approach.
