Requirements

  • Progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within technology, data, analytics, professional services, or similarly competitive talent markets.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across North America and Europe, with a proven ability to source and close mid-to-senior-level professionals, managers, and executive-level talent.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise ATS platforms such as Workday Recruiting, including requisition management, data accuracy, and reporting.
  • Advanced sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern talent-sourcing techniques, with a focus on proactive pipeline development.
  • Strong business partnership and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence hiring leaders, challenge assumptions, and establish credibility quickly.
  • Data literacy and confidence working with recruiting metrics, dashboards, and workforce insights to support evidence-based hiring decisions.
  • Experience designing or facilitating structured, competency-based, and values-aligned interview processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment without compromising candidate experience or hiring quality.
  • A transformation mindset, with demonstrated enthusiasm for improving processes, introducing structure, standardizing practices, and leveraging automation.
  • High accountability, sound judgment, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for individual contributor through senior-level positions, managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offers, background checks, and candidate dispositions.
  • Lead structured intake sessions with hiring leaders to establish clear success profiles, measurable hiring criteria, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for priority, high-demand, and future capability areas across North America and Europe.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to advise on talent availability, market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and hiring feasibility.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Manage enterprise ATS activities with strong attention to requisition accuracy, data quality, reporting, and process compliance.
  • Coach hiring managers on structured and competency-based interviewing and facilitate objective, data-informed debriefs and hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to workforce planning with Finance and People & Culture partners to anticipate talent requirements and align hiring with business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, automate, and scale recruiting processes, tools, and operating practices.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular pipeline updates, recruiting metrics, time-to-fill reporting, and actionable insights.
