- Proven experience leading recruiting teams.

- Demonstrated success recruiting senior technical talent (engineering, cloud, AI, data).
- Experience managing a team while remaining hands-on with recruiting.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated experience implementing recruiting process improvements and tools.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters to ensure high-performance and business impact.
- Manage an active recruiting portfolio, personally owning critical senior-level and technical searches.
- Partner with business leaders to provide market intelligence and influence hiring outcomes.
- Drive improvements across the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, interview standardization, and reporting.
- Leverage AI and automation to scale team capabilities and increase recruiting effectiveness.
- Develop and execute strategic TA initiatives to align with evolving workforce needs.
