Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing analytics.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams to monitor key performance metrics.
  • Strong SQL proficiency.
  • Strong problem identification and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of marketing metrics including CAC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, and retention.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models such as last-click and multi-touch.
  • Good communication skills to translate complex findings into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, and creatives.
  • Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness including CAC, ROI, LTV, and attribution.
  • Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance.
  • Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.
