Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and product teams to monitor key performance metrics.
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Strong problem identification and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics including CAC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, and retention.
- Solid understanding of attribution models such as last-click and multi-touch.
- Good communication skills to translate complex findings into business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels, regions, and creatives.
- Build regular reports and provide ad-hoc analytics on marketing effectiveness including CAC, ROI, LTV, and attribution.
- Connect marketing data with product metrics to measure the true business impact of campaigns.
- Monitor marketing funnel health and detect anomalies or drops in performance.
- Collaborate with product analysts, marketers, and data engineers to improve data pipelines and tracking.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.
