- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)
- Solid understanding of statistics

- Understanding of web attribution and performance marketing
- Experience collaborating with User Acquisition teams and supporting data-driven decisions
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to identify root causes of changes
- Ability to build and defend clear business conclusions and recommendations
- Proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns
- Search for growth points in marketing metrics
- Build and automate marketing dashboards
- Analyze the quality of acquired traffic and its monetization
- Develop recommendations for the marketing team
- Test hypotheses on ad campaign optimization together with the User Acquisition team
- Draw conclusions and propose solutions that improve traffic-buying efficiency and marketing ROI
