Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in performance marketing focused on app and/or web projects.
  • KPI-driven mindset with experience in CPA, CTR, ROI, and performance optimization.
  • Experience creating detailed technical briefs for designers.
  • Proven ability to conduct competitor and market research.
  • Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong organizational skills in backlog management, task prioritization, and launch planning.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Knowledge of social discovery niche is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation or performance analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Produce creative content tailored for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google.
  • Collaborate with designers to create visual and textual content for each platform.
  • Develop and brainstorm creative concepts from ideation to final execution.
  • Analyze competitor concepts to generate new ideas and provide inspiration.
  • Research user behavior and funnels to identify performance impact factors.
  • Coordinate closely with the user acquisition, analytics, product, and B2B teams.
  • Analyze creative testing results and provide structured reports for internal stakeholders.
