Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in performance marketing focused on app and/or web projects.
- KPI-driven mindset with experience in CPA, CTR, ROI, and performance optimization.
- Experience creating detailed technical briefs for designers.
- Proven ability to conduct competitor and market research.
- Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong organizational skills in backlog management, task prioritization, and launch planning.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Knowledge of social discovery niche is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation or performance analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce creative content tailored for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, and Google.
- Collaborate with designers to create visual and textual content for each platform.
- Develop and brainstorm creative concepts from ideation to final execution.
- Analyze competitor concepts to generate new ideas and provide inspiration.
- Research user behavior and funnels to identify performance impact factors.
- Coordinate closely with the user acquisition, analytics, product, and B2B teams.
- Analyze creative testing results and provide structured reports for internal stakeholders.
