Requirements
- 5+ years of related product analytics experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Advanced degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Strong, independent SQL skills.
- Experience building clear dashboards using tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven ability to manage daily tasks reliably with minimal oversight.
- Experience building positive collaborative relationships across departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating technical findings.
- Curious and solution-oriented mindset for navigating ambiguous data.
- Growth mindset regarding professional feedback and analytical methods.
- Experience utilizing modern AI tools in analytics workflows is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own product analytics execution and provide actionable recommendations across integrations, partnerships, phones, and messaging.
- Analyze features throughout the product lifecycle to identify trends in adoption, usage, retention, and cancellation.
- Define product success KPIs and develop dashboards in collaboration with PMs and engineers.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by partnering with product, engineering, and data teams.
- Provide analytical support to integration and phones teams to measure performance and customer success milestones.
- Maintain and scale the analytics data foundation to enable team-wide self-service capabilities.
