Requirements

  • Recent Finance or Accounting experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with financial reporting tools.
  • Experience with P&L management, EBITDA analysis, or operational finance preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Perform business performance analysis to drive financial results.
  • Support financial reporting and accounting operations.
  • Contribute to commercial finance, P&L management, and cost optimization initiatives.
