Requirements
- Recent Finance or Accounting experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership and operational teams.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with financial reporting tools.
- Experience with P&L management, EBITDA analysis, or operational finance preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Workday Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership and operational teams to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Perform business performance analysis to drive financial results.
- Support financial reporting and accounting operations.
- Contribute to commercial finance, P&L management, and cost optimization initiatives.
