Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience managing customer relationships within a technical software company.
  • Experience carrying a quota and owning a book of business.
  • Excellent communication skills across various mediums and audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to own projects from conception to completion with high accountability.
  • Passion for technology and experience serving technically adept audiences.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with a CRM tool.
  • Proficiency with a Customer Success platform.
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experience with Gainsight (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact and champion for a customer portfolio, focusing effort on high-impact activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products, customer environments, and the endpoint management market.
  • Articulate value realization to technical audiences and translate outcomes into business ROI for decision-makers.
  • Manage renewal processes and collaborate with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Create and deploy scalable playbooks to address customer trends and improve the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify and proactively solve for at-risk customers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Support and Product teams to prioritize and resolve recurring issues.
