Requirements
- 8+ years as a hands-on Change Management leader owning OCM strategy and execution for data and AI transformations.
- 4+ years of consulting experience with external clients managing concurrent engagements.
- Proven experience with the full change lifecycle from pilot to sustained adoption and optimization.
- Depth in OCM methods such as change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and communications planning.
- Experience delivering change for cloud data platform migrations, BI/AI copilot rollouts, and data governance.
- Practical understanding of cloud data platforms, modern analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite sponsors.
- Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of evolving AI capabilities including ML, GenAI, and AI agents.
- Proven track record influencing the sales lifecycle including solution shaping and executive proposals.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% per month when required by clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute structured change and adoption plans for data platforms, analytics tools, and AI-powered workflows.
- Translate technical platform and AI model impacts into role-based change tactics and narratives.
- Define, track, and report on adoption and behavior change metrics for client stakeholders.
- Design and facilitate training and AI upskilling experiences tailored to different personas.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client sponsors, owning relationships and delivery roadmaps.
- Build cross-practice relationships to design and deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions.
- Shape AI Adoption & Change Management offerings by contributing reusable playbooks and assets.
- Mentor junior consultants and lead internal knowledge sharing and capability building.
- Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, scoping sessions, and client discovery.
- Manage delivery milestones, RAID logs, and workstream health across concurrent engagements.
