Requirements
- 6-10 years of professional experience in data, analytics, consulting, or similar roles.
- Proven experience delivering data systems or products (pipelines, analytics platforms, AI-driven applications) alongside engineering teams.
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable engineering specifications.
- Extensive experience in client-facing environments, including managing non-aligned stakeholders.
- Deep familiarity and active use of AI tools in daily workflows.
- Hands-on technical capability to write SQL queries and draft data definitions.
- Strong bias for action and ability to navigate high-ambiguity environments.
- Capacity to manage complex, 0-to-1 project engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client engagements including discovery, stakeholder alignment, and project scoping.
- Accountable for client outcomes through launch and adoption of data systems.
- Translate business problems into clear technical specifications for ETL pipelines, semantic models, and metric definitions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams during prioritization, testing, and rollout phases.
- Contribute to the development of delivery templates, data models, and internal tools to scale operations.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and defining solution approaches for prospective clients.
