Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide organizational change related to Digital Technology, Data Platforms/Products, Data Analytics, AI Solutions, IT infrastructure, Applications, or Governance.
- Understanding of the change lifecycle and how people adopt change within large-scale enterprise settings.
- Proficiency in creating actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
- Experience with Project Management and Agile development preferred.
- Experience managing formal IT change processes, training, and go-live support.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to develop executive-level presentations.
- Ability to articulate messages clearly to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Direct change management activities and initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
- Communicate goals based on organizational objectives.
- Build change capability and maturity by providing training and communications.
- Create change management strategy for enterprise-level initiatives.
- Conduct impact analysis with key stakeholders and execute readiness plans.
- Define, measure, and report success metrics for change efforts.
- Support and engage senior leaders as change sponsors.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and feedback to the organization.
