Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Zoho CRM and/or Zoho One.
- Strong experience with Zoho Analytics and building executive dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Deluge scripting.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures and relational databases.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience configuring workflows, automation, and custom functions.
- B2 English level.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the company's subject matter expert for Zoho One and all integrated applications.
- Design executive dashboards and operational reporting within Zoho Analytics.
- Maintain a centralized reporting data model to improve data quality and governance.
- Develop custom workflows and automation using Zoho Deluge scripting.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to define KPIs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Train users on system best practices and maintain SOP documentation.
