Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building business automations and data solutions in a B2B environment.
- Strong Power BI expertise (dashboards, data models, DAX, production reporting).
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data transformation.
- Experience with low-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.
- Practical experience leveraging AI platforms (GPT, Claude) for workflow automation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, connected workbooks).
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS ecosystems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred: Experience with Supabase, relational database management, and basic accounting knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI-powered automations using GPT, Claude, Zapier, Make, and APIs.
- Build and maintain production Power BI dashboards for leadership.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipelines using Python, SQL, and DAX.
- Create scalable internal workflows across Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations.
- Manage data integrity, consistency, and governance across business systems.
- Document technical systems, workflows, and processes to support team adoption.
