Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in legal technology, operations, Salesforce, Litify, or related business systems.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of application support processes, business analysis, and software development lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and apply sound judgment.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and explanation of technical concepts.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and gathering requirements.
  • Experience delivering user training and translating system functionality into solutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle for business travel.
  • College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming application incidents and service requests, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
  • Coordinate escalated issues with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Own the lifecycle of automated workflows, task triggers, and document templates.
  • Analyze system upgrades, execute regression and functionality testing, and document results.
  • Create and maintain knowledge documentation, process guides, and training materials.
  • Deliver end-user training sessions to help teams adopt improved processes.
  • Manage user access administration and role-based permissions.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents, use cases, and system specifications.
