Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in legal technology, operations, Salesforce, Litify, or related business systems.
- Proficiency with Excel and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of application support processes, business analysis, and software development lifecycle practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and apply sound judgment.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and explanation of technical concepts.
- Experience facilitating meetings and gathering requirements.
- Experience delivering user training and translating system functionality into solutions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle for business travel.
- College degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming application incidents and service requests, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
- Coordinate escalated issues with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Own the lifecycle of automated workflows, task triggers, and document templates.
- Analyze system upgrades, execute regression and functionality testing, and document results.
- Create and maintain knowledge documentation, process guides, and training materials.
- Deliver end-user training sessions to help teams adopt improved processes.
- Manage user access administration and role-based permissions.
- Develop and maintain business requirements documents, use cases, and system specifications.
