  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and resolution software.
  • Competence in workflow automation tools.
  • Skill in facilitating virtual meetings using web conferencing platforms.
  • Understanding of user onboarding tools and best practices.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full project lifecycle for SaaS solution launches, from kickoff through Go-Live and post-launch review.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and responsibility matrices.
  • Lead project meetings, assign action items, and hold contributors accountable for deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealer partners, guiding them through technical and operational requirements.
  • Establish clear communication channels and escalate/resolve project bottlenecks.
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation, including requirements, agreements, and status reports.
  • Apply project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall to ensure disciplined execution and risk mitigation.
