Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise client relationships.
- Ability to work proactively and independently while managing multiple moving parts.
- Critical thinking skills to discern actual client needs versus stated requests.
- Proven ability to cross-functionally collaborate without formal authority.
- Sharp communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Must be able to work US Eastern Time hours.
- Reliable internet access.
- Genuine interest in basketball and understanding of the NBA season structure.
- Comfort using modern tools and AI to improve performance and workflow.
Responsibilities
- Drive the account forward daily by proactively identifying and addressing needs.
- Coordinate across product, engineering, delivery, and operations teams to execute commitments.
- Ensure the quality and substance of all client deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives.
- Translate client requests into clear priorities and actionable next steps.
- Own account planning, including roadmap development, renewals, and commercial expansion.
- Manage client reporting to ensure actionable insights.
- Handle incidents and escalations with a calm, resolution-oriented approach.
