Requirements
- 8+ years of experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions, with a proven history of closing multi-million-dollar deals.
- Demonstrated success in SaaS, digital transformation, BPO, e-commerce, online marketing, or related technology sales environments.
- Strong experience with strategic, value-based selling and building business cases for enterprise buyers.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and complex procurement processes.
- Deep understanding of AI, automation, customer engagement technologies, or digital transformation trends.
- Strong pipeline management skills with experience maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM discipline.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency required for communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value enterprise opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and account planning.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Engage senior decision-makers across business functions including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Operations.
- Create compelling business cases using ROI analysis, data insights, and value-based selling techniques.
- Apply structured sales methodologies, including qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC, to improve deal execution and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate internal teams including solution consultants, legal, marketing, professional services, and customer success.
- Partner with product teams to provide customer insights and contribute to future solution development.
