Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team on technical architecture and long-term planning.
- Build features for the coach portal using Angular, Python, and Java.
- Manage AWS stack design, implementation, deployment, and release.
- Act as a technical escalation point and guide customers on technical capabilities.
- Advocate for customer needs by defining processes and structures.
- Influence the product roadmap based on customer pain points and feedback.
- Participate in on-call rotation to share accountability.
