Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping backend code in high-quality production environments.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining microservices in production.
- Strong understanding of data and event-based architectures (API development, SQL/NoSQL datastores, messaging queues).
- Professional experience with Golang.
- Experience with a cloud platform such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Proven history of interfacing with both technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Champion of long-term thinking and business impact.
- Bonus: Experience using AI tools to accelerate development or enhance data processes.
- Bonus: Experience in frontend development with Javascript, HTML, CSS, and React.js.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance scalable Golang microservices to power eligibility, coverage, billing, and client-facing systems.
- Automate and streamline operational workflows to reduce manual data handling.
- Design and deliver self-service tools for finance, operations, and client teams.
- Ensure member, client, and operational data accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
- Collaborate with data and AI teams on validation, automation, and anomaly detection projects.
- Contribute to client-facing APIs for data exchange.
