Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Partner/Channel Enablement, or Instructional Design within the SaaS, Cloud, or CPaaS industries.
- Deep understanding of channel ecosystems, partner personas (SI, ISV, Reseller), and how to motivate a non-employee sales force.
- Proven experience building modern learning curricula using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise and Camtasia.
- Experience using modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to engage global audiences.
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts into sales value propositions.
- Proven ability to build trust with VP-level executives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary enablement business partner for the Global Partnerships Team.
- Architect, build, and maintain enablement content tailored to the partner motion, including e-learning, playbooks, and toolkits.
- Lead dynamic virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for the GTM Team.
- Navigate a matrixed environment to collaborate with Partnerships, Product, and GTM teams to integrate the partner narrative.
- Track, analyze, and report on enablement metrics like course completion and time-to-first-deal.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to execute an enablement roadmap aligned with global partnership growth initiatives.
- Consult with leadership to embed a unified partner narrative across the broader GTM motion.
