Requirements
- Experience supporting software product development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience developing software test plans and QA processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability (FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR, OAuth).
- Familiarity with API integrations.
- Experience with automated testing tools and regression testing strategies.
- Understanding of UX research and design principles.
- Experience working with Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Healthcare technology or digital health experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison with external UX/UI design and development partners.
- Coordinate design reviews, meetings, and project deliverables.
- Manage interoperability efforts with healthcare platforms such as Epic and Cerner.
- Evaluate and document API requirements and interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7.
- Develop and execute QA strategies, test plans, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Establish automated regression testing strategies and support CI/CD quality improvements.
- Maintain product documentation, feature tracking, and release readiness records.
