Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.
  • Proven track record delivering digital products, web platforms, or customer-facing experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and prioritization in Agile delivery environments.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable requirements, technical solutions, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Experience supporting large-scale website modernization initiatives, digital experience platforms, and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of AEM or AEMaaCS is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, analytics, experimentation, personalization, and product discovery.

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for lumen.com initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Partner with Business, Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define product vision, roadmap, features, and user stories.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive product delivery across global teams by facilitating requirement clarification, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Leverage AI-assisted product management practices to improve requirements analysis, backlog refinement, prioritization, roadmap planning, and decision-making.
  • Support modernization initiatives on AEMaaCS, ensuring scalable, customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Use data, analytics, customer insights, and AI-driven recommendations to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and optimize product performance.
  • Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement across product delivery processes.
