Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital products used by real customers and end users at scale.
  • Proven experience solving complex product challenges through strategic thinking, user research, and thoughtful design solutions.
  • Strong proficiency across the complete UX design process, including wireframing, user flows, prototyping, user interviews, usability testing, and high-fidelity design.
  • Expert-level experience with Figma, including advanced features such as components, libraries, and design systems.
  • Strong visual design foundation with excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, pixel-perfect experiences.
  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences with an understanding of development constraints.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 and inclusive design principles.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and how technical considerations influence design decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
  • Ability to independently manage projects, prioritize competing priorities, and make informed design decisions with limited guidance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, facilitate discussions, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • User-focused mindset with the ability to combine research insights, business goals, and empathy-driven design decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design initiatives from early discovery and problem definition through final implementation, owning key product experiences and delivering user-centered solutions.
  • Design scalable, collaborative, and engaging digital experiences that support complex user needs across enterprise and learning environments.
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, explore design approaches, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and validation activities to understand user goals and improve product decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and production-ready assets using modern design practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to balance user experience quality, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions by bringing customer insights and design expertise into decision-making processes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships proactively, align teams around design decisions, and navigate ambiguity during early exploration phases.
  • Help establish and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across visual and interaction patterns.
