Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing products used at scale.
- Proven track record of solving complex problems with user-centered solutions.
- Proficiency in wireframing, user flows, high-fidelity mocks, and prototyping.
- Expert-level skills in Figma including components and design libraries.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
- Strong visual design foundation with attention to detail.
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Experience designing responsive Web/Mobile experiences.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints.
- Ability to manage projects independently from definition through execution.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable, collaborative, and social online learning experiences for enterprise and education clients.
- Own 1-2 major projects at a time, leading the process from problem exploration to final implementation.
- Partner with product management to frame problems, define scope, and explore design approaches.
- Provide production-ready mocks and assets while collaborating with engineers on quality and feasibility.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions and improve user goals.
- Align stakeholders and adjust scope to address project challenges.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions.
