Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
- RCDD certification (required for Telecom/ICT).
- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-discipline projects.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD, Revit), Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
- Experience contributing to documentation, standards, and QA/QC workflows via GitHub Pull Requests.
- Demonstrated discipline-specific leadership in Telecom, ICT, Structured Cabling, or Low Voltage.
- EIT, PE, CDT, or PMP certifications are preferred additions.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical design, coordination, and documentation across multi-discipline projects.
- Deliver projects profitably, maintain scope alignment, and evaluate project health every two weeks.
- Mentor Designers and engineers by providing guidance, design oversight, and actionable feedback.
- Advance firmwide standards through high-impact Pull Requests and documentation updates.
- Strengthen client relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor.
- Lead complex design reviews and QA/QC efforts to reinforce technical excellence.
