Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years in a data or analytics role with direct experience in e-commerce or retail marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify analytics and Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Ads.
  • Strong, proven SQL ability to write clean, efficient queries.
  • Experience with dbt, including owning models in production.
  • Proficient in writing readable, well-structured Python for analytical work, data manipulation, and automation.
  • Ability to use pandas for data analysis.
  • Deep understanding of attribution models, experiment design, and business metrics like LTV, CAC, and payback period.
  • Experience presenting findings and analytical plans to senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Claude or similar AI tools for analytical work.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end measurement framework for Greenlight’s devices business across Shopify and Amazon.
  • Measure the full funnel from ad impression to device purchase to subscriber conversion.
  • Analyze paid performance across Amazon Ads and Shopify-driven channels, evaluating ROAS, CAC, and payback period.
  • Identify conversion leaks on Shopify storefronts and Amazon product pages and proactively surface findings.
  • Build and own dbt models for scalable, reusable business logic.
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to provide reliable views of device sales, channel performance, and subscriber attach rates.
  • Use AI tools like Claude to accelerate SQL, generate documentation, and improve analytical workflows.
