Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical research experience
- Proficiency in clinical research technologies including recruitment platforms, IWRS, and EDC
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Excellent working knowledge of government regulations, GCP, and ALCOA-C
- Proficient in research and basic medical terminology
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Proper home office set-up with private space and high-speed internet (min 100MB up/15MB down, 5 GHz router)
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, educate, and pre-screen potential patients for a study
- Interpret patient reported medical history and medication use to determine study qualification
- Ensure study visits are scheduled within protocol-defined windows
- Document patient interactions in accordance with GCP and ALCOA-C standards
- Maintain up-to-date information across multiple study portals and manage data entry
- Attend and present at meetings with PIs and site teams
- Identify imaging facilities and negotiate contracts per protocol requirements
