Responsibilities
- Support customers via live chat, calls, and emails.
- Engage with global e-commerce business owners to understand their business needs.
- Help customers set up the product to ensure success.
- Record and segregate technical issues and product requests for the product team.
- Analyze product activation roadblocks via user activity videos.
- Provide UI/UX suggestions to the product team based on user interaction.
