Responsibilities

  • Support customers via live chat, calls, and emails.
  • Assist global e-commerce business owners with product setup to ensure their success.
  • Record and categorize technical issues and product requests for the product team.
  • Analyze customer usage videos to identify activation roadblocks.
  • Provide UI/UX improvement suggestions to the product team.
