Requirements

- Experience with Postman API testing.
- Understanding of web debugging and analytics.
- Previous experience in an early-stage SaaS startup is a plus.
- Customer Support or Customer Service experience.
Responsibilities
- Support customers via live chat, calls, and emails.
- Assist global e-commerce business owners with product setup to ensure their success.
- Record and categorize technical issues and product requests for the product team.
- Analyze customer usage videos to identify activation roadblocks.
- Provide UI/UX improvement suggestions to the product team.
