Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in security program management, IAM, or related security disciplines.
- 3+ years of experience running enterprise- or platform-scale access programs in technology companies.
- Expertise in IAM concepts including least privilege, separation of duties, RBAC, ABAC, JIT, and PAM.
- Knowledge of machine and workload identity (S2S authentication, service accounts, secrets/key management).
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure security controls (GCP, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with identity platforms and orchestration tooling like Okta.
- Proven experience integrating access findings into GRC platforms with a bias toward automation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to security program management.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction and roadmap for the internal access management program.
- Lead the enforcement of service-to-service (S2S) authentication and non-human identity (NHI) governance.
- Establish access controls for AI agents and agentic workloads.
- Develop and maintain the Access Management Standard for human and machine access.
- Define program OKRs and drive monthly executive reporting on access risk posture.
- Collaborate with GRC, engineering, and identity teams to integrate access processes and clear RACI definitions.
