Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 12+ years of experience in strategic technical program management, software architecture, engineering leadership, or similar roles building enterprise-grade technology systems.
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture, microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and complex data systems.
- Proven experience designing and scaling software platforms for supply chain, logistics, automation, or other operationally complex environments.
- Ability to translate complex business and operational processes into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong experience managing large engineering programs, technical dependencies, release schedules, and agile delivery processes.
- Experience defining long-term technical strategies and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in designing highly scalable systems that support complex workflows, automation, and high-volume operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, operations, and executive teams.
- Experience mentoring senior technical teams and leading architectural decision-making processes.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile program management experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical programs focused on the development and evolution of enterprise supply chain software platforms, including warehouse and transportation management systems.
- Define and drive multi-year technical roadmaps in partnership with engineering and operations leadership.
- Lead architectural discussions and ensure software solutions align with operational workflows, scalability requirements, and real-world constraints.
- Bridge the gap between software engineering teams and operational stakeholders by translating physical processes into technical system designs.
- Guide the evolution of advanced execution systems, including capabilities around automation orchestration, routing optimization, and workforce coordination.
- Manage software lifecycle activities from design and development through testing, deployment, and large-scale rollout.
- Establish structured testing, release, and change management processes to ensure successful adoption across production environments.
- Lead cross-functional troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical challenges and improve system reliability.
- Mentor engineering teams, contribute to architectural reviews, and promote technical excellence across the organization.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams while maintaining alignment on priorities, timelines, and business outcomes.
