Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Product Management roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex software development programs, preferably involving SaaS products, supply chain technology, or logistics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern software architecture, including microservices, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data modeling.
  • Ability to translate complex operational processes into technical requirements and system designs.
  • Experience managing agile development processes, with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent expertise preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Experience managing software dependencies, release planning, testing processes, and large-scale deployments.
  • Familiarity with warehouse and logistics technology ecosystems, including WMS, OMS, WES, or WCS platforms preferred.
  • Experience in innovation labs, R&D environments, automation programs, simulation, digital twins, or AI-driven optimization initiatives is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end software development lifecycle initiatives for core operational platforms, including warehouse and transportation management systems.
  • Drive technical planning, architectural discussions, and program execution to ensure software solutions align with real-world operational requirements.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and operations leaders to translate physical workflows into scalable, fault-tolerant software architectures.
  • Guide the evolution of warehouse execution capabilities, including orchestration logic, automation integration, and operational optimization.
  • Manage software releases through structured Alpha and Beta testing environments, ensuring quality and readiness before broader deployment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution during pilot programs and production rollouts.
  • Establish effective change management processes to support successful adoption of software updates across operational environments.
  • Manage dependencies, timelines, risks, and communication across multiple technical teams.
  • Support innovation initiatives involving advanced operational designs, experimentation, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure technical programs deliver measurable business and operational outcomes.
