Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Management, or complex cross-functional delivery roles.
  • Proven experience managing hardware and software integration programs within logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operational environments.
  • Strong understanding of facility operations, material flow, time-and-motion studies, and operational optimization.
  • Experience with warehouse automation, robotics integration, fulfillment systems, or supply chain technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, including RFP processes, partner evaluations, and strategic collaborations.
  • Strong project execution skills across agile, sprint-based, or similar iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with warehouse technology ecosystems such as WMS, OMS, WES, or WCS platforms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to support deployment activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the transition of validated technologies and workflows from innovation environments into pilot programs and production facilities.
  • Develop scalable deployment playbooks covering hardware installations, facility modifications, operational processes, and workforce transitions.
  • Manage large-scale automation deployment programs, including project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and operational impact.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, product teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout deployment initiatives.
  • Re-engineer facility workflows to support new capabilities such as advanced picking strategies, dynamic inventory management, and automation-driven processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma principles to optimize efficiency, material flow, and operational throughput.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and operational guidelines for facility teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including hardware installation coordination, site acceptance testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Serve as the primary connection between innovation teams, local facility leaders, and business stakeholders.
  • Establish structured processes that enable successful scaling of new technologies across multiple operational sites.
