Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, public policy, engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated passion for climate change solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to work across cultures.
  • Strong research skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Availability for international travel (minimum two trips per year).
  • Ability to work across global time zones for frequent coordination with international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of grants including assessment, disbursement, and evaluation.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with grantees and provide support for cross-cutting strategies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of stakeholder engagement groups and industry convenings.
  • Produce research, briefings, budgets, and communications materials to support program strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and representative for the Global Industry Hub in the cement and building materials ecosystem.
