Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, public policy, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated passion for climate change solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to work across cultures.
- Strong research skills with ability to synthesize complex information.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Availability for international travel (minimum two trips per year).
- Ability to work across global time zones for frequent coordination with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of grants including assessment, disbursement, and evaluation.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with grantees and provide support for cross-cutting strategies.
- Lead the planning and execution of stakeholder engagement groups and industry convenings.
- Produce research, briefings, budgets, and communications materials to support program strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and representative for the Global Industry Hub in the cement and building materials ecosystem.
