Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling technology, SaaS, or AI products to enterprise buyers.
- Experience selling to creative tools, digital media, or content production spaces.
- Deep familiarity with AI creative tools and how enterprise teams evaluate, adopt, and deploy new tooling.
- Proven success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving business, IT, legal, and procurement.
- Ability to translate technically complex AI capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch including outbound and account-based strategies.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at the VP and C-suite level.
- Native or full professional proficiency in German.
- Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive ElevenCreative revenue.
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to demonstrate measurable business value.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies including outbound sequencing and event strategy.
- Partner with product, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success teams for account deployment and expansion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise creative and marketing leaders regarding AI content production.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings within the territory.
