Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
- 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, TCP/IP).
- Deep understanding of at least 4 ServiceNow product lines' principles and best practices.
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT architecture.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and web software design principles.
- Working knowledge of relational databases.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in four or more application areas.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Support process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis through customer workshops.
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow to improve business processes.
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documents.
- Guide customer system administrators through engagements with ad-hoc training and oversight.
- Lead technical solution delivery, including oversight and unit testing of developer resources.
- Provide technical expertise on ServiceNow configuration versus customization.
- Prepare high-quality customer-facing technical deliverables.
- Maintain a 75% billable utilization target across multiple projects.
