Requirements
- 5+ years of sales or pre-sales experience.
- 7+ years of functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and implementation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- At least one additional ServiceNow platform certification.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
- Strong technical capabilities to architect complex software solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to scope and provide cost estimates for high-complexity deals.
- Must be located in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Provide business and solutions consultancy to customers and prospects as a ServiceNow subject matter expert.
- Perform pre-sales support calls, including formal presentations and product demonstrations of ITSM and other platform applications.
- Translate customer business issues into value-driven ServiceNow solutions.
- Gather requirements and design technical solutions, providing cost and resource estimates for successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to position services correctly and ensure a smooth transition to the delivery team post-sale.
- Identify product improvements and stay updated on ServiceNow industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Maintain demo instances and assist with team logistical tasks and new hire onboarding.
