Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy and understanding
- Ability to follow SOPs and recognize trends for reporting
- Understanding of basic computer troubleshooting
- Proven broadband internet access (Minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
- Ability to connect via ethernet cable
- Private, dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
- Commitment to meeting quality standards and service level commitments
- Availability to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. ET, including weekends and evenings
Responsibilities
- Schedule transportation needs for passengers and clients
- Assist transportation providers via phone calls
- Perform outbound calls to passengers, client contacts, and facilities
- Monitor and respond to chats
- Utilize proprietary platform, third-party software (Uber/Lyft), and tools like Five9, Salesforce, and Zendesk to complete trip requests
