Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills with empathy and understanding
  • Ability to follow SOPs and recognize trends for reporting
  • Understanding of basic computer troubleshooting
  • Proven broadband internet access (Minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
  • Ability to connect via ethernet cable
  • Private, dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions
  • Commitment to meeting quality standards and service level commitments
  • Availability to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. ET, including weekends and evenings

Responsibilities

  • Schedule transportation needs for passengers and clients
  • Assist transportation providers via phone calls
  • Perform outbound calls to passengers, client contacts, and facilities
  • Monitor and respond to chats
  • Utilize proprietary platform, third-party software (Uber/Lyft), and tools like Five9, Salesforce, and Zendesk to complete trip requests
