Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science, or another STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for working with large, complex datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and diverse cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of independently leading long-term, ambiguous analytical initiatives.
- Deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical methods.
- Experience building data products such as dashboards, self-service tools, or reusable frameworks.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect findings to strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build the Lifecycle measurement framework by defining health metrics and designing experiments.
- Partner with product managers, marketers, and engineers to inform lifecycle strategy and product roadmaps.
- Synthesize data across sources to produce insights that inform senior leadership decisions.
- Serve as the technical lead for Lifecycle, influencing strategy through deep domain knowledge.
- Evolve workflow automation and self-serve tooling for the broader team.
