Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent in Python and Jupyter for data analysis, statistical modeling, simulation, visualization, and reporting.
  • Fluent in SQL and experienced with large-scale data tools such as Hive, Presto, Druid, and Spark.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using tools like Jupyter, Quarto, and Superset.
  • Solid understanding of website structure, user journeys, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Practical expertise in web search SEO/GEO.
  • Strong ability to design experiments, identify statistically significant phenomena, and frame findings into high-level narratives.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate fragmented data from internal data lakes, BigQuery, Matomo, and external intelligence tools to create a unified view of user content discovery.
  • Translate analytics and complex trends by geography, project, and topic into actionable narratives for leadership.
  • Develop automated systems to detect under-indexed or missing content in search results.
  • Establish metrics and frameworks to track content utilization within Large Language Models and generative search engines.
  • Collaborate with product leaders to define measurable outcomes and instrumentation requirements.
  • Design and analyze experiments such as A/B testing to assess the efficacy of new initiatives.
  • Interpret website performance data to support UX/UI enhancements and customer experience strategies.
