Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in applied data science, economics, or GTM analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated experience building and validating production-ready ML models for business applications.
  • Practical application of Causal Inference methods like quasi-experimentation and matching methods.
  • Proficiency in statistical methodologies for A/B testing and experiment design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python or R (Scikit-Learn, pandas, numpy) and expert-level SQL.
  • Strong data storytelling skills to influence cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience in SaaS domain and GTM analytics strongly preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy foundational GTM models including LTV forecasting, attribution, and propensity models.
  • Partner with GTM teams to design and analyze controlled experiments across multiple channels.
  • Execute analytical deep dives to uncover user behavior and root causes of metric fluctuations.
  • Support the interpretation of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) results.
  • Define and govern a unified KPI framework mapping GTM activities to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and develop reusable predictive assets.
  • Provide technical guidance to stakeholders on ML modeling and causal methodologies.
